Image is the way others see you and it determines how they treat you. Your dressing, grooming, voice and behaviour tell people a lot about you within minutes of meeting. Such indicators out vital messages to say what you are about, how successful you are and have the potential to be.

What is image?

Image is defined as General impression of a person or company or product as perceived by the public. Our personal image represent us on the way we dress because it is visual and catches attention. The car we drive or the type of house we live in, may represent our wealth or social standing.

You may think should all be assessed by your achievements and not on any additional, superficial factors such as appearance. But it is a fact of business life today, that you are an essential tool in communicating your ideas. Corporate image is the public's image of the organization. Corporate image consist of the qualities the public attributes ti it. Shaping and maintaining an image that consumers and public believe and trust demand sophisticated know-how, dedication and enthusiasm. As a corporate employee, the image you send to the outside world is important as it can influence public opinion and build a favourable business environment. You present your company and must therefore reflect he company in the best possible light.
